How to get Rune Gear going

I've got a couple of good ideas if anyone wants to listen, I personally think my opinion on this situation would be somewhat valid and relevant considering I did found and control Rune Gear for about 2 years...

When I ask people who have never heard of Rune Gear before to come check out this forum/website one of the first things most of them say is: "Most of the guides on there are old and don't work anymore."

They are always taken to the home page, which should be changed, and one of the first things they see are mostly obsolete guides. That is probably a huge turnoff for new potential members.

The thing is, it should never have been made in the first place. All the BS ads placed everywhere don't help either.

I suggest making the home page simple, like one of those portals with three links in the middle and a description of the site in a paragraph or something.
