WEllllll heres how to get a no paypal sending limit
Step 1. get a fake canadian name on this website

Step 2. Regester a new paypal acount claiming you live in Canada and use that fake information (besides the VISA info)
step 3. Once you have finished creating the account it will ask you to register a bank account or add a credit card lol some annoying shit just fuck that and at the bottom there will be a little linky thing saying "go to my account" click it and you got no sending limit
