How to get inactive Kiks?

Hi fellow FK users, do any of you know how I can contact Kik about the username "BOOTY" or even manage to claim it by myself?
I really want to get this username however the owner is inactive so I have no way in contacting the owner, is there a Kik support page or something that I can request the username on or just a way for claiming usernames?
