I can now confirm that this is not cracked, and it is 100% legitimate. I've received the DotNetBar .dll files.
 
I've tested it out.
 
Well all I know is that it's DotNetBar and it works.
 
I'm pretty sure it's not cracked.
 
DotNetBar is ugly as fuck and you always have to have that .dll unless you put it inside with the resources, if I remember correctly. I'd rather just use AeonHack's themes, or make my own from his numerous tutorials on them. Or just modify someone else's theme that allows you to do so.
 

lol, DotNetBar is not a theme. It's a extension / tool files.
