Go to the KFC customer support page. http://www.kfc.com/contact/ 2. Once you're there fill out all the required information . 3. Your going to be saying that you had a horrible time at your KFC say that your chicken was too tiny or that the wait was to long. 4. After you fill out all that information wait a week or two and KFC will send you a $5 guest check that does not expire and can be used on anything in the KFC menu. I would put your adress and the store, because it say's it on the voucher.
