How to fix lag compensation?

Is there any way to completely fix lag compensation?
We recently upgraded our internet so we get really good speeds, but when I play Xbox lag compensation just completely fucks me over.

It aslo happens on MW2, which I don't think has lag compensation - it's not as bad but it still happens. I lag the most when I play MW3 though, it's literally unbearable and most of my friends play it, so it's not like I can just play other games. (Well, I could but I play Xbox to have fun)

I know it's 100% not my connection, look at the speeds on this speedtest.

Also, I don't think this is related to lag comp, but I keep getting signed out of Xbox Live? This has only happened since we got the new internet, any ideas why this happens?

I haven't found a way around it either man. It sucks ass that's why in mw3 I don't host because the lag compensation is ridiculous. I have cable Internet 25 up 5 down

But from what you're saying it sounds like you don't lag if you're not host?
So just as long as I'm not host it shouldn't lag?

I have fiber optic internet, that's why my internet is so good.

You have to port-forward your router (look up a online tutorial)

But it works perfectly now, I'm host every game etc
