Befriend them in rs add them on skype, use a php ip grabber( pic method) #winning
You can make a little php script.
Something like http://yousite.com/enterHere.php
And then it would grab the IP of the people that enter on it and save it to something like http://yousite.com/logIPs.txt
Google around and you'll find it.

Oh, wait, something else you can also try is to add them in Skype, and them call them.
And while they're calling you, go to CMD and type in "netstat" and then press enter.
And a lot of IPs will come up, now you've to guess/find which is the other person's ip.

why doensn't everyone realise theres a online ip grabber which all you need to do is send them a link that redirects to any site you choose and it emails you the ip just google it...
