How to farm rep

Never used this, but I know it works.
  1. Pick someone who can rep high and has low rep
  2. -rep them the highest you can go
  3. They -3 you
  4. wait 1/2 days
  5. they PM you saying "I'll remove mine if you remove yours"
  6. You agree
  7. they +3 you like "Finally we came to a agreement"
  8. Done

Easy way, I've done step 1-4 alot of times just because people are douches (Why I -3) and they want their rep back (why I don't follow through).

Never done it though, so... Yeah, doesn't work for me because I've never done it.
