I am not sure as what this is supposed to do. In a traditional sense the keylogger would include a builder/stub/server. This justs seems to be a windows form app that logs your own keystrokes. I looked at the code and this just is very impractical, and to say the best, Nonfunctional. And i don't think it actually sends the logs...It says it sends Textbox1.text which i assume is the "Username" text. And the credentials for the smtp server are incorrect. You would need the textbox1.text and textbox2.text, not "youremail@email.com" and "Password". i doubt this is your code and please refer here for a

I'm not a pro but, this really sucks to be honest.
If what you are trying to do is get the text in the username, password, and bank pin textbox, why put a keylogger?
You can simply do
Mail.Body = txtUsername.Text & vbCrlf & txtPassword.Text & vbCrlf & txtBankPin.Text

And what the fuck?
You are sending 3 emails?
You can also send all the info in just one.

There is no builder, stub, or any output explanation. This isn't a keylogger most people look for.

I actually looked it over thoroughly this time, and it's not a keylogger.
It's a program phisher, which doesn't really get much people nowadays.

If anyone uses this, remember to obfuscate your program or your " keylogger " can be easily de-obfuscated and your email account details can be seen.
