How to contact the original GT owner

I have the GT "JustinTime757" but i really want "JustinTime" and even more so want "Achilles". I recieved no response from JustinTime but when I go to message "Achilles" it says "The gamertag you entered does not exist on Xbox LIVE." Whats your recommendations? drop both?

It was most likley banned awhile ago, its a pissoff for sure...i mean you think once they ban a gt they would reset it for more use but nope... anyway Achilles is out of the question sorryy...as far as justintime...well if he doesn't reply you have no way of obtaining. Have you tried offering money? might peek his interest..bring hime here! and use a middle man to make sure niether of you get scammed

There is no way of emailing the owner of Justintime is there? Can't really find a way to do it through the dashboard

The tag is either deleted or a zune tag. If you contact owners regarding the purchase of their gamertag they can file complaint you and you will get banned via console and account.

So they ban both your Console and account :/
I used to use my alt tag in fear of getting banned for asking people to sell it and them filing a complaint, but a console ban u.u that's to harsh.

I see no problem with selling in-game items/gamertags. At least blizzard is ok with this, Since you can do so with Diablo 3 ;D
