Plague said:The UA will always be tied to that MS account, no way to get rid of it without actually swapping the tag. It goes off the UID I'm pretty sure. They just put some bullshit reason to go with closing it. Like this one for that.

Plague said:Depends on how in depth his report is, if he can give the original console id and every bit of information on it then I'm almost positive he will have it back. Plus constant UAs being filed usually result in monitoring of the account, they will see it is actually jacked, it will then either be returned or banned.
Most tags that get jacked people are careless with or the owners actually know what they are doing. You could try it of course but no promises.
