Ok, I'm not going to take time to make this thread pretty yet. Sorry.
1. Get and install nodus griefing client. Just search Nodus Griefing at google. Search %appdata% at the start menu, go in to roaming->.minecraft->bin and replace the nodus griefing jar with the minecraft jar. Remember to rename the nodus griefing jar to minecraft.jar.
2. Find a raid server, perferably with weak staff and just started. If they have no cheat, that's really good!
3. Go find some iron with X-ray. Walk a bit away from spawn, get a stone pick, and get some iron. Cook the iron and make a little hideout. During this step you may want to start a faction for yourself, but i wouldn't. /sethome your little hideout. Make it secure a bit, and make sure it's a good bit underground. I'll teach you how to make a good base later.
4. Use the render hack to find other people. Use sneak so they can't see your nametag. Get an iron sword and get ready to kill them! After you kill them, you should try to find their base.
5. First, check all the chests for valuables. If the person comes back, kill them. Then when the faction power is low enough, claim their land.
6. Do this to a few other people until you become feared. Now you can go far away, build a decent base, and start a faction. Your faction name should demand respect and fear. Something like booooooooooob or noobtown is not good. I sometimes name my faction FIRE or something like that. Do /f sethome at your new base, but still keep your hideout. Transfer all your valuables to your new home.
7. Now you won't get anywhere without diamond gear, will you? Go x-ray some diamonds, but do it moderatly so people don't think your x-raying. Get enough diamonds for a pick and a sword. Go ahead and get some iron armor.
8. Now do the same exact thing as before to find bases, but aim for larger, more valuable bases. It would be nice if you can find some friends you can trust to be in your server. After you get a good bit of valuables, it might be time to move your base to the nether.
9. All decent servers should have a public nether portal in spawn. If they don't, ask your owner to make one. Then go into the nether, walk far away again, and find a blaze spawner. Make a base around 100 blocks away, perferably down, and make a base. Go find some netherwarts and farm these. Now you're ready to make potions. Set your base in the nether and transfer all your stuff. Make potions of healing and strength and such, and get an enchantment table. Find some paper making thingys and farm those for bookshelves. Now enchant your sword and have some potions. Now you're ready to kill off the other top players.
10. Find the location of a really good base, and wait until everyone is out. It's gonna be really hard to break in, maybe you can try to lure creepers to blow up at their base. Once you get in, kill and loot and claim land. Do this until you are the one and only alive faction in the game
