I never have problems with pimples, well, I did when I was a teenager. I guess every teenager has to go through pimples when you're in puberty stage. But those pimples were gone now. As they say, you are what you eat so diet plays a very important role and sleep. I think stress has something to with it as well because the more you think about your pimples the more the grow in your face.

i dont think that can be helped.
just make sure you keep your routine pretty much the same, and wash your face as well.
the benzoyl peroxide cream is probably the best idea, since it will get rid of the pimples fairly quickly.
also, drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy around the time of these breakouts, it will minimise them
I use Facial wash and I eat healthy. I always wash my face frequently especially when gone outside because pollution outside can cause pimples and dirt on your face, so it's better to wash the face frequently.
Im not prone to pimples,coz I don't have an oily face,.but before I sleep, I always ensure that I take off my make up and apply a facial wash/cleanser. In the morning, I only wash my face with warm water and soap. In addition, sometimes I had a dry skin face, so I also apply a mosturizer into it.
For me i use to wash my face with cold water every time,till now i didn't use any kind of cream and not even any kind of soap.and i don't have pimples also in my face.best thing is don't use any kind of cream or soap just wash by cold water only.
yeah i think no matter what creams you put on your face, if a pimple wants to come out, it will come out. lol. But i also agree to sabita, washing our face with cold water is good.
