This is a great guide, i personaly used pyramid plunder and it is really easy..

Who's they? Do you know if there's one on RSBuddy? I'm using one which does the Chests atm, & I'm only getting 15k xp /hour

I hit 80 in about a day from level 1 .

Make sure you do a couple Capers as well, so you unlock more of the guild.

I pit pocketed the trainers for a while then used the rubber blackjack on the other trainers from 70-80.
