How Safe Is It to Buy a PSN?

I just bought a PS4 a few weeks ago and haven't touched my Xbox One since. Needless to say I am getting pretty into the PS4. I was looking at buying an OG, but I want to know how safe it is before I do. I have heard a lot about people getting them taken back on them, so I was just wondering how safe it is to buy an account and if there is any way to fully secure an account.

I heard psn accounts can be pulled back easily and many scam on psn market.

If there are purchases made from that persons credit card I would never buy it from them.

It's as safe as buying a runescape account. So not safe at all basically.
