Ok so this is how it works. You say what "tier" the person above you is. then the person below them does the same thing.

For example

Person 1
Domcon is in the middle tier
Person 2
Person 1 in in the highest tier

Note:
This is just what one member thinks of you if you get offended you are a reject.

Mid tier, not because your new because I haven't seen much yet... and you deleted me off skype right away after you said "I found all the help I need"

@"Adam" - Borders Top and Mid Tier.. He's at the half mark... He acts like a kid, but is a good guy in a way.

@"Daniel" - Mid Tier, he's pretty quite and comes to me when he sees something. Needs to be more "livid" and alive.
 

That's how I am most likely in real life, quiet and a little bit shy, not gonna lie.
 
Captain, your mid tier, you where active when I first joined and recently come back but overall your a great member.
