hi good day,yeah youre right eating in the fast food restaurant is not a healthy one, we, i think 6 times a month we eat in the fast food restaurants.

For me in very rare case i use to eat at fast food and i dont like too eat outside coz i think that they are unhealthy.so i suggest you to eat at home rather than outside.
