How Often Do Staff Check Private Inquiries?

I posted a Private Inquiry thread 5 hours ago and it hasnt been viewed by any of the staff members.

Just wonder how long it takes for them to get back.

Lol I had one posted December 2014 and it still hasn't been answered. PMing the staff us your best choice bro.

definitely PM the staff for something you need it's easier.

It's not that I don't want to look at it but moderators don't have the permissions too. Best bet is to Pm one of us.

I thought that in school that they taught you to reread stuff you don't understand.
Let me break it down for you:
"It's not that I don't want to look at it"
He wants to look at it and help you resolve the problem, but.....
"but moderators don't have the permissions too."
He can't fix it due to incorrectly set up moderator permissions
"Best bet is to Pm one of us."
PM him or someone else of his level or higher to receive help.

only philly can see it since there are no staff and the permissions only allow staff and admins to view it and i don't know how often he checks it

Philly checks it pretty often, like once every third year.

I'm not going to lie, if you have one posted that's months old I'm probably not going to look at it - the issues are outdated. If anything's urgent, PM us. I've been busy as fuck due to some recent IRL things that have popped up, I should be good to resume clearing out pardons etc. again shortly, along with these inquiries. A lot of the inquiries are addressed directly to Philly though.
