Friend of mine ( Irl ) has a early copy of Halo 4, i'm wanting to buy it off of him. How much would you pay for it this early?

I guess I would pay like 80$, since it costs 60$ once its in stores.

Has he played online yet with it? Cause if it's a legit copy you wont get banned. You only get banned if you play it from an ISO onto a burned disk. But if you get it then hmu, I wanna add you.
