To achieve the healthy functioning of our body, is important to be always hydrated, that is, the losses of our daily requirements of water must be covered. Proper hydration will achieve the proper functioning of our body. On the contrary, dehydration can cause physical fatigue and muscle pain. To be properly hydrated you have to consume a liter of water per kilo of food. Do not wait until you are thirsty to drink water.

I try my best to drink the recommended 8 glasses a day of water but sometimes it is hard to keep following that. I got used to drinking softdrinks in the past and it is only now that I have been drinking water more for health reasons. Water hydrates the body and cleanses it. This is good for detoxifying the body especially when we drink alkaline water.
 
I drink 6 to 8 glasses water everyday. We need drink for cleansing and urination. It is safe to drink water than alcohol drink ones.
 
i think i can drink 5-6 glasses of water. I try to drink more than that but i can eat anymore when i'm full of water. example before eating i used to drink 2 glasses of water because of that i can't eat more cause i'm full of water.
so i prefer to drink little of water so that i can ate a lot )
 
these is very good question just know i drink a glass of water coz i read your question that's why.i think i drink almost 1litre per day.
 
it is necessary to drink the recommended amount of water everyday but i failed to do so... i drink three glasses of water everyday and its not healthy. Why? because i can't get the enough amount of liquid that my body needs. the result is dry skin and constipation. but i do drink one liter of water every two hours only if my urine infection is on high level.

Hi friend, as this is recommended to drink 12--14 glasses water every day for adults in our part of the world because this area is hot and humid most of the year. Only a few months in winters are not that hot and we loose lesser water from our bodies.
Besides intake of water helps clean our kidneys and clean-out our system too. So drinking as much water as we can is good for our health. I drink 10-12 glasses per day.
 
well, honestly i don't know how much of glass of water i drink everyday. if i feel like drinking i go to fridge and take a drink but my guess is i drink 2x after every meal so most probably 6+ of glass of water everyday.
 
I drink 8 glasses of water a day is a common rule, but it has no scientific basis. We should drink enough fluids (water, fruit and vegetable juice, broth, tea) to satisfy our thirst, and should do so throughout the day. Avoid drinking lots of fluid at once not to load our kidneys too much.
 
One of my examz time i didnt drink much water and was studying at night around a week.. i was dehydrated and hospitalized.. on that day onwards i drink more water.. coz i know how much i suffered..
 
i am trying to drink in a day 7-9 glasses, but sometimes i cannot do that my worst case is i drink only 1 glasses or only half of that.., but start in this august i have my own will to trying consume at least 7 glasses of water everyday
 
yes i going to my friend party and drinking water i going with my friend and gave the 7 up bottle and drinking i every day drinking water so this mis very very interesting and enjoy the drinking water party.:Crying::Happy::Woot::Sick:
 

I can't measure coz I am not actually using glasses whenever I drink water. Here in qatar, we are buying water in a plastic bottle distributed in Liters. So to make it short, I can consume up to 4 liters of water a day... especially here that the weather is really hot, you definitely need to rehydrate yourself or else you will just breakdown.

It is true that water is life, without water no one can live and survive.
 

good day, me i think i had drink 5 to 6 glasses only in a day but the doctors advice we must complete 8 glasses a day .drinking plenty of water is better because it has many benefits can give.
