How much should I tip a pizza guy?

I know this is an off question but I normally just order a large pizza and it comes out to 12$ usually. I ordered pizza tonight and tipped the guy 3$ for a 12$ pizza and he gave me a ugly look after I gave him his tip. Almost like he was thinking, "Really? Thats it?". Anywhere I eat or get for delivery I will pay the respectable 20% tip... So how much of a tip do you guys normally give to a pizza guy?
 
well it depends on how much i spend and if it was a fast delivery. if i spend more than 20 i usually tip 4-6. usually 15-20% though

If I were to tip a pizza guy and he gave me a look that seemed as though he was not satisfied, I would much rather just tear those $3 right in his face, instead of giving them to the guy. Yes it's immature, but I'm also an immature fuck so....

OT: I generally total mine to be $15 and then I pay with a $20 so a $5 tip

He should be happy he's getting a tip.
Most people don't tip.
