hello to all, today i would like to share a new topic with you guys, so my today topic is 'how many times you sleep in a day'.
So, first i am going to tell you about my self. Mostly i sleep just at night in a day but when i wake up early in the morning then i again sleep on afternoon means after taking lunch.
Only 1 time, at night lols, taking nap breaks are for litle onces or very old and also time waste ( no offence intended)
and also i think most people only sleep once a day tho.
Hi..before I sleep two times a day. I sleep at night and after lunch. It's a must in our house to sleep after lunch because my mom wants us to do that. Nowadays, I really don't have time to sleep after lunch I have lots of online earnings and I want to finish it before the day ends. ^^
It varies. But majority, I will sleep around 7-8 hours a day. But there are times when I can only manage 2 hours of sleep. And there are also times when I over-sleep. Usually, that's when I am really tired.
I sleep at ~11 PM and wake up at ~8 AM. Then I'm usually just awake. Sleeping in the day isn't really healthy for you.. you should be exercising and using your time wisely.
If you're sleeping in the day, it means you need more sleep. Try sleeping earlier.

I usually go to sleep around 1 to 3 am and I woke up at 11 am and I didn't sleep again after that until 1 to 3 am again. So, it is kind of 8 hours or more sleeping.

in my study time i sleept only once but for a only minimum 7 hours but yesterday i slept minimum 12 hours.and today my training session is start .
I sleep mainly in night time and i try to sleep at least 7-8 hours per night but i know it's also good to have a rest during the day (when time allows it). I take a break in the day mainly during the week-end cause i have more time the week-end than the week.
I sleep usually once a day but sometimes twice a day depending on if I am tired. I get up really early, about 6 am and stay up sometimes until midnight, but usually I go to sleep abut 10 pm. An afternoon nap is really good for every once in awhile.
