just curious how many times do you take a shower in a day?me, sometimes twice a day because its so hot here in my place.how about you guys?

I take shower as soon as I wake up in the morning. And wash the body again later in the evening after my exercise coz I feel sweaty and really dirty haha :Laugh: So yeah I take shower twice a day!!

But yeah I don't wash my hair everyday. I just wash it once in two days. My hair becomes weak and falls down if I wash it too frequently.

i shower at least once everyday. sometimes, when the weather is too hot, i take a shower at night also.

3 day at least ! One in the morning before I go to work. One in the afternoon after coming home from university and one in the night, sometime is between 9 -11 PM. If I have many activities in the day, I will take a shower more

it depend, when on working day, i take shower after i wake up on the morning and go to office, after return from office on evening take shower again. so working day just take 2 times.

in holiday, i usually take 3 times, morning, noon and evening

Once a day. If it's a school day and I'm going out that night, I might shower again. It's not horrible that you shower twice a day mostly. But it's really unnecessary unless you stink. And the water bill goes up quite a bit, and time consuming. Whatever floats your boat.

for me two times one in the morning and one before going to bed.everytime we take shower if feels better,feel fresh and our sleep is good.

Well taking shower daily is considered as the best hygiene and so do I. I enjoy showering a lot. After taking a shower the freshness we feel guides us positively throughout the day

Twice, one in the morning before I go to work, and another when I arrive home before bedtime. Need to be fresh before going to work, its not good if you are working then you smell bad. Perfume cannot hide it, so better have a shower before going to work.

When I was a kid I shower three to four times a day specially on summers. This is definitely true, I'm not kidding. Hahaha. Then one day I got this scary looking skin problem all over my arms. So I went to the dermatologist and to make the long story short it was due to over bathing. Lol. Now I just bath two times a day. That is at day and at night. But if I feel busy or lazy, I don't even take a bath at night.

I used to take a shower early in the morning and late in the night. I just didn't wash my hair everyday because it is quite long and difficult to dry unless I am going out for a walk. If i stay home, i just don't care of my hair but if i have to go outside, I really wash over.

For me i take once per day and i think it is enough for one day,but who work outside in the hot places may be they take shower more times.

I always shower at least once a day. It helps me stay nice and clean. Sometimes I will take an additional shower after a hard sweaty workout.

This depends on weather conditions. As we have extreme weather conditions and also we are living in different climates in different parts of our country. So in winters this just once and summers minimum two and there is no limit to maximum. This could vary from 3 to 5.

i normaly shower 2 times a day but some times i only shower in the mornings dipending on how much college i have to do and what not during the day
