How many servers actually code vs leech

Almost all the servers I see have no good coders. They just go and leech idea/code from all the other servers/rsps communities. There are a few good coders who release there work and everyone leeches it. I just think that its just sad.

Oh and Rs2006. They've been tweaking the original runescape from 2006 for the past 4ish months.
