Holy fuck man 5'9 @ 50kg is horrible man. You need to eat some healthy food and don't take people advice on eating junk food. Do you have breakfast at least? I usually have 6 eggs with two yokes and can of baked beans. Also eat foods like Tuna, Cottage cheese, Almonds. Have something to eat every 3 hours.
 

Almonds and Bananas are a good pre-workout food if you intended on starting a workout. I mix them in with a protein shake and it tastes wicked
 
I'm like small tho, but i'm quite built for my weight/size, i don't work out in off season, i play rugby league so yea, so its finished now so, won't be in the gym for a bit
 

What should my diet be?
 
Superman, i'm just having a dig here, i prob wrong, but you will prob have to have a good mixture of proteins, carbs, like healthy food, red meats, nuts, dairy products lol, as i said im not sure just trying to help
 

Yeah man, I'm actually eating almonds atm. Almonds have good source of protein. It's got around 5.7g of protein in every 30g. I also eat dried bananas, which is very good for you.
 
i eat complete junkizza, subways, burgers
I work out every other day, but im limited because i dont have a bench

i do 3 x 12, 15 lb curl up
3x 12, 15 lb hammer curl
3x 10-15 push ups
then some sit up during the night
im pretty sure i can lift 20 lb properly now tho
 

Chicken's also another great source of protein, and of course it tastes much better :grin:
 

One of my mates ate a whole f*cking chicken before a game of football. I think he took the protein thing a little too overboard.

No point working out when you have a bad diet. have some food with good sources of protein with your diet.

Also split your work out to different days. For example do your chest on monday. Do your arms on Tuesday and so on.
 
Some of are right some of your are wrong. It's actually really simple.

Train, Eat, Rest.

4-6 reps on a heavy weight to gain muscle mass.
8-12 reps for muscle maintain.

I drink max-muscle size and strength every day after training and the day after. Since I have been doing this my max has been increasing every 2 weeks. Now benching 105KG which I feel will be my limit without steroids.

I use to be skinny about a year ago. Now I am nearly 80KG benching 35KG more weight then I could before.

Not exactly "own" one lol. But here in South America, at leas in Colombia, people from middle class + tend to have a maid to work for them, clean the house, prepare the food, etc. Here, they get paid the minimum, which is 600,000 COP (Colombian Peso), that is around 300 USD (sounds very low I know, and it is a little bit low, but you can live with that, and remember that people here spend in COP and earn in COP, not USD, 300 USD in USA is basically nothing). While she's here in my house, she prepares also her own food, and uses another bathroom.
But I know that in Europe or USA a maid is extremely expensive.
