SMS Bomber sends 1000s of text messages to the phone number of your choice. You must know their provider though.
 
A majority of that code was outdated, I remember using that source and really just changing it up, If you compare the files you will see that I really only used the original API, the rest I changed, I lost the credits as it was coded (6 months?) ago.

P.S. That guy who released it was not the coder. I remember him from HF, there was some other coder.
