Good day Swaggers!

I would like to ask you this questions?

  1. How many hours do you spend in front of the computer?
  2. What are the common things you're doing?
  3. Do you take some breaks? or is it straight?
  4. What are the effects of staying in front of the computer to you?

I can stay in front of the computer for almost a day, but I don't know what's happening. I do alot of things, browse so many sites, study, do some research, and watch stupid things. I do take food break, and go to the CR. It makes my headache, can stay out late and makes me sleepy the next day.

how about you? what are the things you can share?

Good day to you, too!
It matters everyday. If I am not that busy in the office then I could sit the entire day doing my articles, preparing my lessons for my part-time job and send some business reports to my family. (they are my business partners). These days I usually spend time in swag early morning. It works best for me. I do take breaks and its really a break - eat, talk with people around, play with my baby and some other stuff but if I am feeling lazy, I just leave my laptop turned on and sleep the entire day. Effects of spending too much in front of the computer - headache, and I got lazy eyes. It is really sick that it goes on for days.

I am a stock market trader so i spend 7 hours ( 9.00 am to 4.00 pm )in front of computer.Saturday and Sunday i took rest, so no computer work.
Most of time i do trading and resting time i do some ptp work.
It's not cause any problem for me , because i strictly follow my rules.

I've been at my computer all day today, since about 7 a.m. It's now 10:30 p.m. There were a few breaks, so I'd say I spent about 14 hours at the computer today. That's pretty fricking long, isn't it?

I spend a minimum of 7 hours in the internet. 5 hours for my work 2 hours for forums, Facebook and gaming.

To be honest, I am in front of the computer for about 14-16 hours a day and not facing any problem due to this. I am working for different writing sites and can spend 4-6 hours at a stretch and normally take a rst for an hour or two. I do hree shifts and finish my different assigned jobs.
