Got it over the months botting combat.

How will will it take to turn that from that to 26 lamps?
 
I did a solid 46 in about an hour and a half, but I could do 3/4 of them myself. I went from 98 to 99 Strength in an hour and a half. What are your skilling stats?

If you bring like 4-5M you can pay for a lot of your assists. Just say "offering 100k for _____ assist!"
 
There is a CC, Assistclan, it really helps. Most people dont charge because of the XP they get for assisting.

I'm locked for another day from assisting or I'd help you out.

This too. The only problem is, people max out after 2-3 Effigies so it can kind of be a problem. Make a post on the RuneScape forums too. I can help you with some tomorrow if you'd like, also.

Other accounts: decent.

I guess I'll have them standing by, but there's a limit isn't there? How many you can request from one account?
 
There isn't a limit on requesting for assistance, just a limit on how much you can assist others. That's why you need a ton of people if your skilling stats are lower. If you got to Daemonheim on world 117 there is always people assisting and asking for assistance there. (I forgot to include that in my first post.)
 
In conclusion:

W117 Daemonheim is the capital of all assisting; But it can be hectic with all the people around. Also can get a bit costly.
Assistclan is a free (most of the time) Friends Chat that offers assisting.

There is a limit on how much XP per 24-hour period people can assist; thats 30k XP/24-hours.
However, there is NO limit on how much you can be assisted, you can be assisted by multiple people during the day, they just cant assist you for more than 30kXP.
