How is the syncing in my preview?

It looks nice, but get rid of the puzzle piece effect and just fade in from black.

I have the fade thing a lot..
There's only 2 transition effects in the whole video so far..
 
I hate the stupid flashing, it wrecks it for me. Put slower flashes before I have a seizure.
 
the flashes are too slow and long.

do quick ones that dont fade at all
