So i am working on a PKer that will have 99 Prayer and 99 Mage... +/- Other levels. How do you think this would fair? I am trying to keep it as low level as i can while making it powerful.
 
99 Prayer and Mage? That doesn't seem like a very powerful account unless you have done DT.

As well as raising magic with just alchemy, try ranging for HP levels if it gets low.

For prayer, you know what to do. Peoples houses, Bones + Alter = WIN!

HP will have to be at least above 50 if you intend on Pking in a members world.
 
95 prayer for turmoil, any extra levels will gain you un wanted cb levels.

only 94 mage is needed.

90+ range if you use, 99 atk + str, defence is up to you.

Pff, kidding... you definitely need some ranged in there for it to be effective
 
If you can afford divine, + use polypore
