How does this build look?

I honestly just threw this together without an interest for compatibility. So what I am asking is how is the build? Is everything compatible/good? My budget is 1200$ by the way.


The primary uses for this computer will be gaming and video editing.

I had a GTX570 on the list and @[Immortality] told me to change it to what I have now.
 
Basically same performance. But 6970 got a high clock speed.
 
Get a full tower case, you're going to be pushing your computer, so it's best to have good air circulation.

6970 Crossfire outperforms GTX570 SLI. Plus 6970 got eyefiniy which supports dual screen.
