How does the Rep System work?

I'm from TTG and I know that this Rep System is completely different..

It would be kind if people can answer these questions.

Q1: How do you give people rep?
Q2: How much rep are you able to give?

So far I really like this site, no scammers and everyone is kind. Even the 'high rank' members.​
 
You have to Donate or Upgrade.

Donator = +1 or -1
Onyx = +5 or -5
Power = +10 or -10.
 
Their are a shit load of scammers. I got scammed my first night signed up. Always use a highly trusted middle man when dealing. Make sure they PM you if they contact you on AIM first in case they are imposing others. Their are tons of douche bags on this forum. As for your question, you need to be upgraded to distribute reputation. Power members can give up to 10 and I think admins can give 20.
