It could have simply happened because you didn't fight your case.
Someone tried to charge back on me and I simply said they were buying virtual items off of me and they received them. Unless they have proof of them not receiving the items, I do believe this case is invalid.
Worked for me and they didn't get their money back.
From now on, have people pay you as a "gift" with a message saying "I will not attempt to refund my money as I understand I am paying for virtual goods".

Well, as far as I know, you can't dispute a gift.
Now, you could probably do the whole VPN/Proxy thing and say you were hacked, the person sent the money without my knowing.
You should be able to view the cases, even if they are closed.
Just go to Resolution Centre > View Open Cases
In the table, you will see a drop box, click on that and select "View All Cases".
You should be able to see what they said to get their money back.

Previously it has never givin me an option to fight it, just says the money was sent back, and are you going to buy my rsgp? you stop replying in Pm..

They must have, unless they know another trick to claiming gifts back.
Do you know who it was that claimed their money back?
Was it members from here?
