How do you tell godswords apart?

I'm dueling this dude, he pulls out a SGS (not specing) and I ask: "Is that a AGS?". He says "SGS, ofcourse". How do you tell them apart when someones not specing it and their holding it?

Sara has the Saradomin symbol (the cross) and the other ones look pretty similar.

I will try to get a picture for you.



The order in that picture is Armadyl, Bandos, Sara, Zammy.
 
It took me a while to distinguish them, especially with bandos & armadyl but the easiest way to tell them apart is armadyl has a blue hilt and bandos is grey/black
 
The only way to tell them apart is by the hilt and the special.
I don't think there is much else to differentiate them.
 
i used to think the same, but once you know once you dont forget.
