How do you secure an account?

I keep on jacking this main account but each time they figure out they reset the password from their phone ect. I get on the account and I can change the password and information but I can't delete the security features unless I want to wait for like a month. So what should I do? And it wont let me change the email either because I have those security details still on there.. Can you help me out bros?
 
I heard that u can put a credit card on if they call it in. Thats all I know. Hope this helps
 
They aren't calling it in. They are simply just using their phone to get their account back.
 
Put one security question of yours on there.

Each time you remove a alternate delete it and send verification to your alt you put on.
 
If u cant change the email then I guess u cant do anything. Sorry that im dumb ass fuck

So when it's in my possession but my own alternate email on it? And then when it ask for verification send it to my email? Smart thinking.

Fuck, well I need to figure out a way quick. I found an account with a 5 year going on 6 year tenure.

Not true. I added my mobile to these accounts i have info for. It let me.

Also. Change the region.
 
You have to have security info on that account in order to reset the password. If you didn't create that profile on your xbox, when you try to submit a UA to Microsoft they won't give it back to you. If you still know the address, phone number, name, credit card, etc. Microsoft can authorize that account just by chatting with them. If you don't have that info or if they changed it, there isn't any hope. Message me the gamertag, I might be able to help you out.
 
ok dude go on internet explorer and add my pc then delete the security questions with it my pc is instant
