I Tribrid PK only, I find it rapes. I use-
Ahrims top + bottom
Staff of Light
D Boots
DDS and Whip
Rune c'bow + d bolts + dhide body
God cape equipped with ava's switch
Torags top and body for tank + D Sq or Tzhaar shield

Some people say that it takes up too much inventory space. This is true, I only get room for 5 rcoktails, 3 brews, 3 sup. restores. But it's all good when you have Soul Split and 99 prayer

So how do YOU pk?

I will be going to PK with :
D claws, Black D'hide Vamps, Black D'hide legs,Ghostly hood, Ghostly body,Ghostly cape,Amulet of power,1 Super strength, 1 super attack, 2 prayer pots,about 400 dragon darts, Runes for 500 casts of ice barrage i think and the rest filled with rocktails i think? maybe i forgot something

couple of bass, banana, sandwhich triangles

So far i pked a couple of phats, an AGS here and there and a bronze spear.
