How Do you not get scammed using PayPal

I'm planning to buy a Gamertag from someone. And i wanted to know in case he tries to scam me is there anything i can do to get my money back?

If selling, Teamviewer the Paypal transaction, tell them to show you there ID, Paypal name to make sure it matches ID and IP address to show the locations match the ID home address so they can't file unauthorized transaction.

If buying, use MM simple as that .

Paypal is pretty hard not to get scammed on, because there's always chargebacks. GL though.
