How do you lose weight?

i want to make my weight more because i m very weak but you must do daily walks about 20 to 30 mints and then you will see your weight becum lose day by day
 
I just eat vegetables when I noticed that I have gained weight and in weeks, i have loosen my belt and cant even wear my old pants since its too big for me. Although, you can easily get hungry when all you have taken is vegetables. Just control yourself from eating heavy meals if it happens.
 
Take the bike or walk to the store, dont take the car. Eat better then you did before. GO out and walk/run/jogg a bit. Small thing will help alot!
