So I've been botting all this time And I dont get these effigies you guys call them

I see kids who get them and shit
How the fuck do I get them? And they give exp in that skill right?

Like please explain how easy/hard it is to get one and how would I get one
 
You can open a effigy by having either the two required skills that it asks of you one skill can be assited and the other can not. These skills are around the 90's and are random it could be anything from Fletching to cooking (no combat skills) after you open all of the effiges you get a lamp that gives you 15k in any skill.
 
You get them through combat.
They are a very rare drop, so you need to set the fighter bot to pick them up.
You fill it's 'hunger for knowledge'. Basically you need 91 in one of two skills it wants, then 93 etc.
Each time you do this you get xp.
At the end you get a dragonkin lamp which also gives xp in the skill of your choice.
 
Oh so basically I have to go fight monsters to get them...
I dont do that much I just bot skills up

Well I might go get range up maybe and get some of these things Never had one before Might as well try to catch one
But I'm all out of Master Balls GRR
 
Not all monsters drop them, check runescape wiki to find out which ones do before you go, otherwise you might be wasting your time.

If you are using range you could go fire giants, good charm drops and 100% big bones
 
I got 20 from slayer in around a month, 4 from waterfiends in around 24 hours.

If you want them, do waterfiends.
 
If you want them, kill cavecrawlers.
You get one every 50 minutes, usually.
