Pretty self explanatory, you will need to use an admin account to download that particular program.

I think you mean installing. You do not need admin rights to download. However, you will need admin rights to download if you are using windows 7 and windows vista. Nothing you can do there expect get the admin to give you access, which is allowing you to make downloads.

You simply cannot download the program without admin rights. Try cracking the admin password. I have had similar problems installing some programs. And eventually, I had to move over.
