Please introduce yourself to ForumKorner, and fix up the thread title. It's too long.
Rename it to something short, and straightforward. For example 'Xbox Question' or 'Gamertag Question', etc.

There are ways like resetting which involves grabbing the "Dox" with is all of the account and person's information. I couldn't tell you exactly how it's done right now, but you get the Jist of it.
