How do stop porn from coming up in your search bar?

I want to get it out so if my friends google something in my search bar it doesnt pop up. So what's best program to prevent porn on my pc.
 
i never encountered porn in my google bar...i only saw some porn with some ptc but i close it...if sometime i will display dont click it.
