How do i send an email from jagex ltd?

i am using a paid mass mailer but i cant get it to send from jagex.

it needs to say

Your account has recived an infraction
from: jagex ltd

i can post the link to where i got it if it helps

If you are using a mass mailer, most of the time it gives you an option to choose who it's sent from.
