How do i remove Alts?

Could someone tell me the process over skype/aim?
 
AIM me dood or let me go on your teamviewer
 
Add another alt or phone, then press delete alt on the one you want deleted, and have it send you an email/ text you.
 
in your situation you cannot carson, hence you will need to do what I did to get them removed

Must have access to the phone or email attached to remove, or mark for removal.
