How do i make my text curve, for example if i wanted to put some text around a circle.

Rasterize the layer your putting text around or you'll have problems clicking the pen tool because you'll keep clicking the text itself instead of the pen path, and make sure your pen tooling around the letter on a separate layer.

Make an ellipse with these settings:

Then use click the text tool anywhere on the circle and it will follow the path. You can use this same concept using the pen tool and squiggly lines.

Oh eff, I didn't see the "text" word. Lmao. Sorry.
You can either use the warp settings of the text, or you can rasterize your text layer, to efficiently use your transform tools.
