If it is just the link, then change the .html/forum address, but if it is just the domain, you have to start a new one. :/
 
I fixed it I'll just change the .tk url whenever it gets flagged
 
Only way to keep a Phisher from being undetected is not spreading it.
It'll be flagged one way or another, people reporting it, etc.
If you've got money you can buy a new domain every time or use free domains and make a switch each time you get flagged.

I think he means the way that google chrome efficiently detects phishing sites
