How do I know if PayPal is sent as a gift?

I'm doing my first ever sale and I've never personally used PayPal to sell other than eBay, I was told by my friend to tell them to send it as Family & Friends that way they can't chargeback the item.

I've just done a deal that offers me to Accept or Refuse and under it it says

''Please be aware that your payment can still be reversed, (e.g. if it is subject to a chargeback), even after you have sent the item to your buyer. Complying with PayPal's Seller Protection and following the trading guidelines on our Security page helps to protect you from things like chargebacks.'

so does that mean the item was sent as Goods & Services?

Please help asap I'd really appreciate it!

If it was sent as gift, then you receive it instantly, if it's as goods then it takes a couple days for it to be put into your balance
