Hi FK members, I have bought a 12 month XBL membership on eBay around 4 days ago. Well believe it or not, the code had been used. Now the guy has not been online (or ignoring my messages) since then.

I would like to chargeback my £28.00 as I can't afford it ATM. ($45+)
How long does it take before I get my money back as I need gold man

Help would be appreciated as I've never done this before, thanks.​

Just fill it out for whatever fits your case the best. It should have help on the screen, they also provide 24/7 support although their support is absolute garbage.
