@Hitmarker scammed me 60 dollars and I need it back.. It was all the money I had and I am absolutely devastated, I need help ASAP On how to chargeback. I sent it as friends and family. Please, and thank you.

Call Paypal and tell them that u didn't send it out
 
What will they ask me though? Do they need docs?

I didn't scam you, I got banned and it got spent on what we discussed before you loaned me it.

they told me they sent you a request. Just don't respond to them and they'll get it worked out.
