how do i add my forum to filezilla?

I have filezilla however i dont know what my 
host
protocol
encription
logon type
user
pasword
account are

on my forum i know the login to my user obviously but when i add it to filezilla it dosent work

please help

You have to pay them to get your Databases and then upload it yourself using a different hosting
